The Group
The cancer research group which was formed in October 1969 hold a variety of fundraising events throughout the year and with your support raise funds for this very worthwhile charity.
Cancer Research are always in need of funds and sadly there aren’t many families that will not be affected by someone needing treatment for this illness, research has made so many advances but there is still much to be done.
Come And Join Us
We all know someone who has been or is affected by cancer and we all give generously to events held for the charity.
Would you also like to give some of your time to help to fundraise? There are only a few meetings a year which are very informal. And a few events each year which are very rewarding to be a part of.

There is a site http://easy-giving.com that gives to Cancer Research – many retailers use it and by purchasing using this site a percentage goes to the charity.
